To celebrate the International Year of the Reef (IYOR), the Living Oceans Foundation partnered with the International Coral Reef Initiative (ICRI) to bring you the Science Without Borders® Challenge. The theme for the 2018 international student contest was “Why Coral Reefs Matter.” Students were asked to create artwork that may portray why coral reefs matter to them, their country, the world, and/or other organisms or ecosystems. They received over 600 entries to the competition this year!
Congratulations to all the Science Without Borders® Challenge 2018 Middle School Finalists! See below for their incredible efforts!
The High School finalists will be announced shortly, with overall winners soon after – watch this space!
